SLAM provides trained lifeguards for community pools, commercial properties, water parks, and other aquatic facilities. Staffing plans are tailored to each facility’s operating hours, coverage requirements, and seasonal needs to help maintain dependable coverage throughout the swim season.

Pool Attendant Staffing

For aquatic facilities that do not require lifeguard coverage, SLAM provides professional pool attendants to support day-to-day operations. Lifeguard Training & Certification

Scheduling & Coverage

SLAM manages staff scheduling around each facility’s operating hours and coverage needs. We coordinate shift assignments, seasonal schedules, and staffing adjustments to help maintain consistent coverage and reduce the scheduling burden on property managers and facility operators.

Staff Supervision & Operational Support

Our support continues after staff are placed at the facility. SLAM provides ongoing supervision and operational support throughout the season, reinforcing facility procedures, professional standards, and day-to-day expectations while helping address staffing or operational needs as they arise.
